With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, market demand for electric drive systems is growing by the day. To further motivate staff and foster creativity, whilst building a cohesive team spirit, OSWELL organised a ‘2024 Off to a Flying Start’ afternoon tea event on 1 April, during which Chairman Cao Guanhui gave a brief presentation on the company’s development and future aspirations.

The Chairman noted that we had achieved a ‘strong start’ in the first quarter of 2024, successfully securing new clients and further expanding OSWELL’s product market. Moving forward, comprehensive coordination efforts will be undertaken across R&D, technology and quality control. We must continue to increase output and production capacity at the Binjiang production line, whilst accelerating the construction of the Zhuji headquarters. The future factory in Zhuji will feature comprehensive lifestyle facilities, including a canteen, supermarket, sports hall, gym, swimming pool and library, amongst others. A test track will also be constructed to facilitate road testing by the R&D team, thereby enabling the company to continue expanding its workforce and business scale.
