On 13 September, Zhejiang Oswell Electric Technology Co., Ltd. held a grand ceremony and mobilisation meeting to mark the roll-off of its 200,000th electric drive unit in 2024, celebrating this significant milestone and inspiring all staff to work together towards future goals.

Chairman Cao expressed his gratitude for everyone’s hard work and commended several outstanding front-line employees. Chairman Cao presented letters of appointment to Li Ya and Zhao Jihong, confirming their permanent employment status, and offered them high praise and recognition.

Li Ya faces challenges at work with a positive and optimistic attitude, persistently learning skills beyond her immediate duties, and radiates positive energy. Colleagues who have worked with her have all given her very positive feedback.

Zhao Jihong responds to customer enquiries with great speed, actively learning about various roles and trades, and putting the knowledge gained into practice with excellent results.
