On the evening of 27 May, the launch ceremony for the 2025 Shaoxing ‘Love Enterprises Initiative’ series of events, themed ‘Walking Hand in Hand with Enterprises, Embracing Integration and Innovation’, concluded successfully at the Shaoxing Hotel. Municipal Party Secretary Shi Huifang, alongside municipal leaders Tan Zhigui and Zhang Xinyu, were in attendance to witness this significant moment of shared prosperity between government and business. Oswell Co., Ltd. was honoured to be listed among the “Top 10 for Manufacturing Investment Contribution”, joining Shaoxing’s business and government elites in discussing a new chapter of high-quality development.

At the outset of the event, Municipal Party Secretary Shi Huifang, on behalf of the city’s four leading bodies, paid high tribute to the entrepreneurs. He fondly recalled the journey of Shaoxing’s entrepreneurs, who have “paved the way through hard work and built bridges through innovation”, and emphasised: “When enterprises thrive, the economy thrives; when enterprises are strong, Shaoxing is strong.”

Shi Huifang stated that Shaoxing would take the ‘Enterprise Care Initiative’ as its starting point and, through ten major initiatives (including fostering endogenous effective investment, empowering digital transformation, and enhancing value-added enterprise services), create the most favourable business environment, provide the most supportive business-friendly policies, and establish the highest-quality platforms to assist enterprises, enabling them to ‘invest with confidence, operate with peace of mind, and focus on growth’. Secretary Shi’s resounding promises demonstrated the firm resolve of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to “think together, stand together and work together” with enterprises, whilst also providing a shot in the arm for innovative enterprises such as Oswell Co., Ltd. that have put deep roots in Shaoxing.

During the highly anticipated awards ceremony, Oswell Co., Ltd. successfully secured a place on the ‘Top Ten Contributors to Manufacturing Investment’ list, thanks to its sustained dedication and innovative investment in the field of smart manufacturing. This honour not only represents high recognition of Oswell Co., Ltd.’s active role in promoting industrial development but also serves as a vivid illustration of its mission to ‘empower through digital intelligence and revitalise the nation through industry’.

At the event, Chairman Cao Guanhui took to the stage on behalf of Oswell Co., Ltd. to accept the award. He stated that accepting this honour entails shouldering the weight of the responsibility that comes with it; Oswell Co., Ltd. will always be guided by the ‘Spirit of the Four Thousands’ and will spare no effort in playing its part as a vital ‘piece of the innovation puzzle’ in Shaoxing’s smart manufacturing transformation.

Following the launch ceremony, the ‘Benefiting Enterprises’ policy consultation forum commenced simultaneously, focusing on topics such as ‘foreign trade, investment in innovation and the business environment’. Representatives from government and industry discussed effective development strategies, whilst Oswell Co., Ltd. engaged in in-depth exchanges with leading figures from various sectors, sharing experiences in digital reform and exploring pathways for collaborative innovation along the industrial chain, thereby offering suggestions for Shaoxing’s development as a ‘model city for shared prosperity through the integration of industry, urban development and culture’.
