On June 27–28, 2025, Zhejiang Oswell Electric Technology Co., Ltd.’s “Uniting Our Strengths · A New Beginning” 7th Anniversary Celebration was held in grand style amid an atmosphere brimming with hope and vitality. Filled with anticipation, the entire Oswell team traveled to Zhuji to embark on an unforgettable journey blending visions for the future, honors and recognition, and the beauty of the surrounding landscape, as they jointly charted a brand-new blueprint for the Oswell family.

At noon on June 27, filled with boundless anticipation for the future, the Oswell family boarded buses at the company headquarters and set off for the celebration’s first destination—the soon-to-be-completed Zhuji headquarters complex. As the buses slowly approached, a magnificent, modern architectural complex came into view. Although interior finishing and exterior landscaping were still in the final stages of completion, the main structure stood tall and imposing, with its grand facade fully revealed, clearly outlining the contours and stature of Oswell Co., Ltd.’s future “home.”

Led by the project manager, everyone learned about the functional zoning of the future workspace, the advanced design concepts, and the latest progress of the project. Standing in the lobby and corridors—now taking shape—and looking toward the future through the bright windows, every Oswell Co., Ltd. employee seemed to see themselves striving here and feel the powerful pulse of the company’s vigorous growth. This was not merely a tour; it was a preview of “coming home” and a heartfelt glimpse into the future of our shared endeavor. As they touched the texture of the brand-new building with their own hands, a strong sense of belonging, pride, and unwavering belief in this “new beginning” welled up within them, laying the most solid foundation for “uniting our strengths.” Together, everyone witnessed the blueprint of their dreams rapidly transforming into a reality within reach—a moment of glory for all Oswell Co., Ltd. employees!

That afternoon, the 7th-anniversary celebration conference officially kicked off at the Wyndham Hotel in Zhuji.

Mr. Cao Guanhui, the company’s chairman, began by providing a systematic review of Oswell Co., Ltd.’s extraordinary seven-year development journey since its founding. He elaborated in detail on the company’s key achievements and valuable experience in areas such as core technological breakthroughs in electric technology, the expansion and iteration of its product portfolio, the steady expansion of its market presence, and the continuous improvement of its operational management capabilities.

Building on this retrospective, Chairman Cao focused on the company’s future development strategies and plans. He conducted an in-depth analysis of the current opportunities and challenges facing the industry and clearly outlined Oswell Co., Ltd.’s development blueprint and core objectives for the next three to five years. Chairman Cao particularly emphasized that the Zhuji headquarters campus, which is set to become fully operational soon, serves as the strategic fulcrum and core engine for the company to achieve leapfrog development in the next phase. It will significantly enhance the company’s R&D and innovation capabilities, large-scale production capacity, and overall operational efficiency, laying a solid foundation for the company to gain a greater competitive edge in the fiercely competitive market. An employee recognition ceremony was also held during the meeting. A group of employees who demonstrated outstanding performance, diligence, and commitment to the company’s culture were formally welcomed into the Zhejiang Oswell Electric Technology Co., Ltd. family following a rigorous evaluation process. Jiang Shengyi, Assistant to the General Manager, presented the newly confirmed employees with official employment letters symbolizing honor and responsibility, which was met with warm and sustained applause from the entire audience. This ceremony not only served as a high recognition and commendation of the outstanding employees’ individual abilities and contributions but also vividly embodied Oswell’s core talent philosophy of “putting people first, valuing talent, and uniting team strength.” It further strengthened the sense of belonging and cohesion among all employees, providing the most powerful testament to the spirit of “uniting our efforts.”

After the meeting, all attendees gathered in the banquet hall of the Wyndham HeRui Hotel for the 7th-anniversary celebration dinner. Setting aside the pressures of work, everyone raised their glasses and chatted freely in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, sharing stories from both work and life as they celebrated the company’s seventh anniversary together. The banquet not only offered a sumptuous feast but also served as a valuable platform for fostering friendships, deepening mutual understanding, and promoting cross-departmental communication, effectively enhancing team cohesion and unity.

On June 28, the event moved on to a lighthearted and enjoyable team-building session. All employees traveled to the picturesque Wuxie Scenic Area, a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. With waterfalls cascading like silk, emerald pools as clear as jade, and layers of verdant mountains, everyone left the hustle and bustle of the city behind to thoroughly relax their minds and bodies amidst the picturesque natural scenery, fully enjoying the grandeur and tranquility of nature. The mutual encouragement during the hike, the collective exclamations of wonder while viewing the waterfalls, and the hearty smiles in group photos all highlighted the team’s camaraderie and warmth. The serene beauty of the mountains and waters not only cleansed their souls but also recharged everyone with abundant energy. At lunchtime, everyone gathered at a farmhouse-style restaurant to savor authentic Zhuji delicacies. In a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, they shared their experiences and reflections from the trip, bringing this meaningful journey through the mountains and waters to a perfect conclusion.

The two-day “Unite · Rebirth” 7th Anniversary Celebration came to a successful close. Standing at this new starting point of our seventh anniversary, all employees of Zhejiang Oswell Electric Technology Co., Ltd. will draw inspiration from the tremendous energy gathered during this event.
