On June 11, Chen Jinbiao, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress, led a delegation to conduct an on-site research visit in Zhuji City, focusing on the construction of representative liaison stations, major project management, and scientific and technological innovation development.

During the research visit, Secretary Chen Jinbiao inspected and provided guidance at Zhejiang Oswell Electric Technology Co., Ltd. Also participating in the visit were Ni Yongjun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and Director of the Research Office; Shi Huifang, Secretary of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee; Wang Tao, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Ma Haiming, Secretary-General of the Municipal Party Committee; Sun Jianhuan, Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; as well as Jin Jinfu, Secretary of the Zhuji Municipal Party Committee; Zhang Kunlun, Mayor of Zhuji; and Guo Haoliang, Director of the Standing Committee of the Zhuji Municipal People's Congress.

Secretary Chen Jinbiao and his delegation visited and inspected Oswell's motor, electrical control automation, and SMT production lines, gaining in-depth understanding of cutting-edge products such as embodied robot joint modules, drones, and eVTOL electric drive assemblies. He fully affirmed the company's core technological R&D capabilities and industrial innovation strategy. He emphasized the need to firmly grasp the requirements for developing new quality productive forces, fully leverage high-level platforms' roles in resource aggregation, technical support, and technology transfer to promote deep integration of industry, academia, and research; strengthen enterprises' role as innovation leaders, intensify breakthroughs in key core technologies, and focus on enhancing market competitiveness.
